Return and refund policy

Contact PitLane within 7 calendar days after delivery if your order contains a product that is damaged, incorrect, expired, or materially defective.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Opened or used consumables are not returnable unless they are materially defective. Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions are not eligible.

Email [email protected] or call +91 871 451 6660 within the return window. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or defect.

Keep the product and its original packaging while we review the request. Every return requires approval. Do not send a product to PitLane before support provides return instructions.

Approved returns are completed by courier or mail; in-store returns are not available. PitLane will arrange collection or provide prepaid shipping instructions for an approved return.

There is no return-shipping charge or restocking fee for an approved eligible return.

During the initial Store launch, PitLane accepts full-order returns only. We do not offer exchanges, partial returns, partial refunds, or store credit.

After an approved full-order return is received and inspected, PitLane will initiate a refund of the full amount paid, including the original shipping charge, to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the funds to your account.

When an invoiced supply is reversed, PitLane will issue the applicable GST credit note.
